Okay, so next we are going to want to measure our waist. Find the place that you consider your waist a lot of people are built differently from others everyone is unique. It's the place where it's the smallest part of your body, the place where you like things to sit. Some people have waist that go in a lot and some people don't they're more square so just find the place that's the best place for you. Do it like this and make sure you can have some room for your finger and you'll get your answer and mine is a 26 so I'm going to write that down. I'm going to make another little swoosh and label it W and write 26 and then I will be set to move on to my hips.
