The Demolition and Revitalization of Severely Distressed Public Housing program is under the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the office of Public and Indian Housing. The main objective of this program is to aid Public Housing Assessments with improving the living condition and environment of citizens who were severely affected in different public housing projects and from external factors.
If the person's living condition was affected because of demolition projects, then he may also be eligible for the grant.
The grant provides relocation and revitalisation assistance to qualified individuals. The program also supports community supportive services.

Transitional Housing Assistance for Victims of Domestic Violence, Stalking or Sexual Assault is a program under the Department of Justice and the office of Violence Against Women. The main objective of the program is to provide housing assistance and similar service to victims of domestic violence and other sexual offences.
The grant provides alternative or emergency shelter and relocation assistance if the victim requires immediate transfer.
