Non Fat American Cheese

Non-fat American cheese is high in phosphorus and a great source of calcium, zinc and Vitamin A. The nutrition labels vary with different brands. Usually, there are 31 calories, 1 per cent carbohydrates, 0 per cent fat and cholesterol, 11 to 13 per cent sodium and 10 per cent protein in single slice of cheese.
