How to cancel a Norton security system subscription

Updated February 21, 2017

Security software company Symantec acquired the Norton company and all its products, including Norton AntiVirus, Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security. The software detects and prevents malicious attacks and viruses on your computer. You can buy Norton security system software packages as a yearly subscription and they are set to renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must turn off the auto-renew feature of the software at least 15 days before the expiry date of your product.
