Just as people do, dogs enjoy a home-cooked meal once in a while. Although it may not be beneficial to switch your dog's diet entirely away from specially processed food, chicken liver is a good supplement to a dog's diet.
It contains a large amount of vitamin A, as well as protein and fat, and you can cook it for your dog as a special treat in a few simple steps.
Pour 1 teaspoon of corn oil into a frying pan and heat to medium.
Place the chicken liver in the pan and let it fry until it is browned halfway on one side. Flip the liver over and fry the other side until the liver is cooked through.
Add 1/2 a cup of water to the pan and mix it with the browned chicken liver to create a gravy.
