The best way to tone breasts
Resorting to plastic surgery to tone, lift and firm your breast is costly and time consuming. Pregnancy, breast feeding, irregular menstruation, improper diet and illness influence the way your breasts look.
To make your breasts appear perkier and to keep them from sagging there are various things you can do to tone them.
Exercise the pectoral muscles by doing the fly exercise. Lie on your back on the floor or on a bench. Hold a light dumbbell in each hand for resistance and stretch out your arms next to your body as if to form a "T." Face the palms upward. Inhale before raising your arms up in a "V" shape and exhale on the exertion. Lower your arms back to their starting position. Repeat the exercise up to 15 times and perform as many sets as your fitness level allows.
Perform girl-push-ups to target your entire chest area. Come down on all fours with your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor and your legs closed. Bring the body in a kneeling plank position by sliding the upper body forward and lowering your buttocks. Breathe in as you bend at the elbows to lower your body toward the floor. Tighten your abdominals by pulling your belly button to your spine. Push off on your arms to bring the body back to the starting position. Exhale on the exertion. Perform as many repetitions and sets as you are physically comfortable with.
Swim laps because the movement of your arms paired with the resistance of the water firms your breasts and helps create a nice bust shape.
Give yourself a breast massage twice a week to help firm breasts and improve circulation. Apply body lotion or cream to your breasts before starting your massage. Use slow kneading, pressing and lifting movements. Place your fingers on your nipple and stoke outward. Use light, comfortable pressure as you massage your breast and carefully twist it clockwise and counter clockwise.
Consume a healthy, balance diet to maintain good breast health. Include carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, calcium and salts.
Spray warm water over your breasts and follow this up with cold water. Repeat this several times to improve circulation and toning of your breasts.
Press your palms together whenever you get a chance because this works your pectoral muscles and helps prevent sagging breasts. Place your hands together in front of your chest as if in prayer-position. Bring your elbows up to chest level and push your palms against each other. Hold the contraction for as long as comfortable and release the tension. Repeat this exercise often since it can be done anywhere and at any time.
