The Gaggia Syncrony Compact Digital is an Italian-made super-automatic espresso machine. It has integrated grinding, brewing and steaming operations. This model is equipped with a conical burr grinder, cup warmer, steam wand, bean hopper, bypass doser, drink dispenser and dual stainless-steel boilers.

Place an empty cup or mug under the steam wand.
Turn the steam knob all the way to the left until hot air comes out of the steam wand.
Run the steam function until the "Ventilate" message disappears from the display screen; this should take a minute or less.
- The "Ventilate" message will appear when air is trapped within the steaming components of the machine. Running the steam wand will allow it to purge the trapped air and resume normal operations.
