Enter the card information and click "Add Card."

  7. Select "Bank Accounts" to add, remove or change the name of a bank account. Click "Edit Name" beside the bank account you want to change. Enter a new name for the bank account and click "Save." Click "Add Bank" to add a bank account to your PayPal account. After you enter the account information, click "Continue" and you will be shown details on how to confirm your account.
