The Seiko Watch Corporation has been making watches since 1881. The company offers watches for both men and women in sports and dress styles. The watches are available in quartz, spring drive, kinetic and mechanical options and can be purchased at most major retail stores, department stores and some jewellery stores.
The chronograph alarm watch utilises a stopwatch function that can measure to fractions of a second. Setting the chronograph alarm watch can be accomplished in a few basic steps.
Pull the small knob on the top right-hand side of the watch (crown 1) out until you hear one click.
Rotate crown 1 clockwise until the desired date appears on the face of the watch.
Rotate crown 1 counter-clockwise to set the day of the week. Stop one day before the correct day of the week.
Pull crown 1 out until you hear another click. Rotate the crown clockwise until you pass 12 o’clock, which will advance the date and the day of the week to the correct setting.
Turn crown 1 clockwise until the correct time is reached if the current time is before noon. Push the crown back into the side of the watch.
Turn crown 1 until the hour hand passes 12 o’clock again if the current time is after noon. Continue until the correct time is reached and push the crown back in to the side of the watch.
Pull the small knob on the lower right-hand side of the watch (crown 2) out until you hear two clicks.
Turn crown 2 clockwise until the current time is set on the small alarm window on the watch face.
Push crown 2 in one click. Press and hold the button on the lower left-hand side of the watch until the desired alarm time is reached in the alarm window.
Press crown 2 on the lower right-hand side of the watch back in to the side of the watch.
Engage the alarm by pulling crown 2 out one click. The alarm will sound for 20 seconds at the appointed time. To stop the alarm, push the crown 2 knob back into the side of the watch.
