Filling the Bath
When filling your jacuzzi whirlpool bath, don't use very hot water. The jets and moving water make it seem warmer than it is when it is still. So if you usually take steaming hot baths, start a little cooler and remember that you can always add more hot if you need it. Plug the drain and let the water run until it is over the jets. Do not turn the jets on until the water covers them completely.
Taking a jacuzzi Bath
After the tub is filled and the jets are on, ease into the water and position your aching muscles in front of the jets which surround the tub. If you enjoy aromatherapy you can add a small amount of essential oil such as lavender or rose oil to the water or use scented candles around the tub to improve your relaxing bath. Also, if you drank any alcohol while in the jacuzzi you may experience the effects more when you exit the bath.
