Natural treatment of poor leg blood circulation

Poor leg circulation can cause cold feet, tingling or even oedema. After you have visited your physician and have determined that the cause of your poor circulation is not dangerous, there are some things you can do to help your circulation improve naturally. Improving your circulation will help you to feel better and help your symptoms to improve or disappear.

Compression Stockings

Compression stockings are usually the first line of treatment for poor leg circulation. They provide a natural means for providing support to veins and encouraging them to more efficiently pump blood back to the heart. Many people who experience oedema in their legs will experience relief when they use compression stockings.
