Exercising combined with appropriate dieting is a great way to manage your weight and maximize your flexibility. Stretching is an important part of warming-up before a good workout. Did you know that stretching is also a great way to wind-down after a workout? By stretching your muscles, you lengthen and lubricate them, giving the muscles protection from tears and other injuries. By stretching after a workout, you increase your static flexibility.

In this free video series, expert athlete Jeannette Stojcevski shows you fifteen simple stretching exercises for before or after your workout, or just to increase flexibility. Jeannette offers tips for stretching your hamstrings, quadriceps, back, arms, and hips. You can see how to stretch anywhere, even at the beach. You'll find tips for targeting hamstrings after a long day at the office, stretching your back after sitting, or stretching your calves if you've tackled stairs all day.
