Hi there, I'm Jennifer Parker with Fluidity Dance and Yoga. And today, I'm going to teach you how to do the Poorn Gyan Yoga Mudra or hand positions in Yoga that enhance knowledge. I recommend sitting up in a comfortable cross-legged position, brining your feet in so it's nice and easy to sit tall, a long spine. Take each finger and place it next to your thumb. The thumb is known to have endocrine and pituitary glands centers which have been known to enhance knowledge. Take one hand, place it next to your chest. Take the other hand and place it on your knee. Then, you can practice your breath. First, inhale, imagining your spine getting nice and long and as exhale, bringing your core in, finding a strong posture, opening your shoulders. And inhaling as you grow through the top of the head and exhaling to open the shoulders. Continue to practice your breathing, your meditation. And that's all there is to it.
