When it comes to cutting grape vines, it's always best to find a good spot on the bottom to start with. Keep the grapes alive with help from a head groundskeeper in this free video on cutting grape vines.
Hi, I'm Daniel Penselin, and this is how to cut grapevines. The things you will need: gloves, grapevines and garden shears. You can start by examining your grapevines and removing any dead or diseased vines. Do this by using your garden shears to snip the vine near the root. Remove any suckers that may be growing up from the bottom of the vine. Snip all intertwining vines and leave the strongest of the two. And finally, check the vines at least weekly for vine quality and health. A well-tended vine will produce delicious grapes. And that's how to cut grapevines.
