Hi, this is Jason Morgan with Muscleworx Fitness in Carolina Beach, North Carolina.Today we're going to talk about exercises to help you with your sagging breasts. A few of the materials you're going to need to do these exercises are. One, an adequate place to perform the exercises, two, a set of exercise bands, adjustable dumbbells, or a circuit type machine unit that you can use to perform the exercises. One of the first things we have to understand is the make up of the breast tissue, in and of itself, when we're dealing with a concern for sagging, or drooping breasts. Breast tissue is made up of adipose tissue or fat tissue. So, essentially breasts are body fat. As women tend to lose weight, one of the first places they lose weight is in their breasts. The inverse or the opposite is also true. that's one of the places they tend to gain weight. If the breast tissue becomes saggy because of weight loss, that's just an effect you may not be able to do anything with. There's also the genetic aspect of it. Genetically, you could be predisposed to have that shape for your breasts. A couple of the exercises that you can do to create that illusion of the enhanced appearance for your breasts, are one, the seated butterfly or pectoral fly movement. The second exercise would be the incline bench press either using dumbbells or a barbell. The incline press is going to give the appearance of a lift. It increases the upper pectoral muscles as well as the fly increasing the thickness through the center of the breast or the cleavage region. This was just a few exercises you can do to help you with your sagging breasts.
