Hi, my name is Kyle Polak, a Soccer Coach from Wilmington, North Carolina. Today, I'm going to demonstrate some dribbling moves. For this clip, you will need a soccer ball, soccer cleats, soccer field. So, the first one he's going to do is just some basic scissors first. So, rolling over and going over. You're set? Go ahead. Perfect. So, what he's doing is bring his right foot around the ball, taking one direction, then going the opposite direction. Let's see it one more time. Good. So, it brings it inside out, around the ball, fix one way and then goes the opposite direction. Let's see it one more time. Perfect. So, around, fix one way, goes the opposite direction. Now, what he's going to do is a double scissors. So, around, around and goes the same direction. Ready to see this? Very good. So, what he's doing, he's trying to get his defender off balance when he's doing it. So, faking one way, the other way and goes back to the same direction. Let's see it again. Very good. So, inside out, inside out, then, goes back to the same direction. Let's see it one more time. Good. So, what he's trying to do is trying to get his defender off balanced. The last one he's going to do is the spin move. Let's see this. Okay, what he's doing is getting his opposite foot, stopping the ball, spins around and goes the opposite direction. Let's see it one more time. Good. So, the foot he's dribbling with, he's dribbling with his right foot, steps on with his left foot, goes around and goes in turns. Let's see it again. Very good. Very good. So, those are three basic moves for dribbling.
