I'm Sue Walker, and I'm going to show you how to make chili seasoning. You will need a spice jar with a lid and measuring spoons. The ingredients are one fourth cup of chili powder, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of cumin, one half teaspoon of salt, one fourth teaspoon of pepper, one tablespoon of minced dry onion, one teaspoon of dried basil and one teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Put all the ingredients into a spice jar and cover with the lid. Shake well. This will be enough seasoning for a large pot of chili. If you would like to make a larger quantity, you can double or triple it and then store in an air tight container. And that's how to make chili seasoning.
