Hello, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you how to make a stir fry sauce. You will need a small whisk, measuring spoons, measuring cups and a small saucepan. The ingredients are one-half cup of chicken broth or beef broth, depending on what kind of stir fry you are making, two tablespoons of Hoisin sauce, three tablespoons of soy sauce, three tablespoons of cornstarch and one teaspoon of grated ginger. Combine the broth, Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir until the cornstarch is dissolved. Cook on medium heat for four to five minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Now, it is ready to add to the stir fry. And, that is how to make a stir fry sauce.
