Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you healthy pizza recipes. You will need a rolling pin, a pizza stone or baking pan, cooking spray and an oven. The ingredients are pizza dough made with olive oil and whole wheat flour, a low calorie pizza sauce, low-fat cheddar cheese, low-fat, part-skim mozzarella cheese and vegetables of your choice. You can also use some baked chicken and pineapple if you wish. Slice your vegetables into thin slices. I'm using green pepper, fresh mushrooms and sliced onions. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, sprinkle a little flour on the rolling surface and roll out your pizza dough with a rolling pin. Roll it quite thin because this will help lower the amount of calories and carbohydrates. Spray your baking pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with a little corn meal. Now place your dough on the pizza pan and shape it a little bit. Next spread your sauce over the entire surface. Now you can top the pizza with your vegetables. I'm also going to add chicken and pineapple. Sprinkle with your cheese. Use the cheese sparingly as this is where the fat and calories can climb. Place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly, usually about 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the crust. Take the pizza out and let it stand a few minutes before slicing. And those are some healthy pizza recipes.
