Hi, this is Yolanda Vanveen, and in this segment, we're going to give you some ideas for garden lighting. So, the materials that you will need are some garden lights and some plants. So, the first idea is that you want to highlight or light up your most beautiful trees first. You want them to really show up in your garden. So, you want to point the light up into the middle of the tree, so the whole tree or the plant is showing. And you can move it around, and you can change it from day to day, and you can actually change the color too in the light itself so that even for the holidays; like Halloween, you can have orange lights coming up, and for Christmas, why not use red or green lights and really highlight for the holiday. So, the next idea is you want to actually highlight anything that has a lot of color. Like in the fall here, the Ginkgo is turning a beautiful yellow color. So, you want to put your lights up on your most colorful plants in the garden. So, the next idea is always accent the back of your garden. So, it's always tempting to really highlight the front of the garden bed, so by highlighting the back of your garden it really makes a 3D kind of look to your garden. So, there's lots of ideas that you can have for garden lighting, and there's many different types of lights that you can use. And a lot of times, you can use the ropes with lots of different colors, and accent your garden that way, or you can use the spotlights, or you can use small lights, or solar lights. There's so many options. Garden lighting is great because it turns your garden into a showcase, and you can show off all your plants.
