Hi, I'm Sue Walker and I'm going to show you a sugar free oatmeal cookies recipe. The ingredients are one stick of soft butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar substitute. Which is actually 1/2 cup of Splenda mixed with two tablespoons of sugar free maple syrup. 1/4 cup of Splenda, one egg, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla, 3/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cream together your butter and your sugars. Then add the egg and the vanilla. Next we'll mix all of our dry ingredients together and add them to the batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto your ungreased cookie sheet. Place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. And that is a sugar free oatmeal cookies recipe.
