"Hello my name is Dr. Simion Tsinker, I am with Plantation Maternity Center in Plantation, Florida. Let's talk about some warning signs in early pregnancy. Obviously that would be bleeding. Bleeding, vaginal bleeding of any sorts. Sometimes mild, sometimes heavy with or without passage of blood clots. Bleeding accompanied by pain is even more worrisome, because it may indicate an impending miscarriage. It could also indicate sometimes an ectopic pregnancy, which is pregnancy in the wrong place. Namely in the fallopian tube. If a woman who's pregnancy test is positive, and starts experience abdominal pains, especially when they are accompanied with vaginal bleeding she should immediately seek medical attention. That would be the appropriate thing to do."
