"Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. Today, I want to show you a few yoga exercises that can really tighten and tone the abdominal area. So, we're coming on down. Alright, plank is probably one of the best ways that really concentrates all the muscles in the abdominal area. Elbows under the shoulders. You can begin on the knees and you can just hold in this pose not doing anything else. You're working the abdominal muscles, but if you want more, tuck in your toes under, lift the knees off. It's working them a little bit more. Ooh, working it good. So, you're working the core, I want to work the sides. All you want to do is turn on your side; elbow, directly below your shoulder. You don't want to sink in the shoulder, you've got to stay lifted. If this is way too hard for you, take the knee down; easier way. So, again, we're just holding this pose, burning the core. Going right back to plank, but I'm coming up on my hands. Again, holding this pose is burning. Lower down ever so slowly with the shoulder, the shoulders a little bit forward to the fingertips. It's crocodile. It's amazing. Burning the core. Ahh. Pull us up out of that and those are just a few yoga poses that can really tighten and tone the belly."
