"Hi, my name is Tanya Batts, I'm a personal trainer at Gold's gym. Today, how to tone your abdominals with the use of a yoga ball. It's a simple ball, doesn't look too scary. But, we're going to come down. It actually works your abdominals like you wouldn't believe. Simple to begin. Elbows on the ball, you just roll it out and roll it back in. It's a great way to warm up. Out, and in. One more. Good stuff. Alright, the hands is another one - works the the shoulders and core. So I'm coming up, both hands on the ball, send my legs away. Bring your knee towards the ball, touch it, put it back, and then the other leg. Boom. One more. Man, that isolates the core. Another great one, you're going to love it. All we're going to do, forward, you want to bring the knees in and out. That's not too bad. If you want it harder, check it out. You're going to pike it up, and lower down. That's a harder one. And those are just a few great ways and things you could do with a yoga ball that will burn and cut those abs like you wouldn't believe."
