"Hi, my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer with Gold's Gym, want to talk to you today about how to use wrist weights. Wrist weighs are really handy, they're kind of great if you want to go out for walking. So when you're walking, you really don't want to keep the arms straight down, you really want to move the arms, that's going to burn more calories. Especially if you've got wrist weights, adds a little bit more resistance, it's actually going to get your arms nice and toned. Another fantastic way is, you can actually use these with the feet shoulder width apart. Do shoulder, little circles, that's going to work the shoulders so good. You just want to do four circles down and then go four circles up. Looks really simple, tell you what guys, get you some light weights and just try a few of these. The shoulders are going to start to burn like you wouldn't believe, pretty amazing. Another great thing you can do, kind of boxing, Shadow Box, boom, anything to get the cardio up. Cross Jabs, you want to Upper Cut, it's going right underneath somebody's chin, boom, boom, boom. You can just Jab, Cross, you can even take the arms, add a little bit of twisting for stretching. I mean, anything is possible with wrist weights, you could do anything you want, you could even do Yoga but add the arms in. So you're working legs, you're working arms, pretty fantastic stuff. So you can pretty much do whatever you want with wrist weights. You could just fold forward, send the arms straight back, get a little bit of triceps action. And when you take them off, your arms are going to feel so light. So those are just a few things you can do with wrist weights."
