"Hi my name is Tanya Batts and I'm a personal trainer at Gold's Gym. I want to talk to you about how to find your ideal body weight. Believe it or not it starts with your frame size. There is a small, medium, and large. The easiest way to find your frame size is take your thumb, wrap it around the smallest part of your wrist. If your fingers overlap you are small framed. If your fingers barely touch you're medium framed and if they don't touch at all you're large framed but that really is key. You might want to go to mydietexercise.com, plug in the numbers if you are medium, small or large, your height, weight, gender and that's going to let you know your ideal body weight so the frame size has a lot to do with it. So if you just plug in the numbers you're going to find your ideal body weight. You actually want to make sure you are not taking in as many calories as you are burning off and you want to make sure you try to walk 30 minutes a day. So just keep moving. If you have got that ideal body weight you want to keep it so you just want to eat right, diet and exercise and if you are large framed, you never know you might get to that small frame if you eat right so that's how you kind of find your ideal body weight."
