Hello, we are talking about plastic bottles and how you can use a plastic bottle to make a bird feeder. What we're going to do is, we're going to use a bottle, we can use this one. I've cut the bottom off and we have the top, the top's gone here, so that's part A. First we're going to cut, cut the label off here just like you've done on each of these videos. We have a knife here that I am going to use just to cut the bottom of this off, here. And because this is a little bit sharp on the edge, you wouldn't want any birds to get hurt on it. I'm going to use a little bit of Scotch tape and just line the edges, folding it in as you go. This drill bit will be just about a little bigger than a piece of wire, that I will be sending through the bottom of this. So I'll drill a hole here right in the center. One thing we need to do though, so the birds have something to sit on, let's make something for the feeder. So I'll do the same thing with the drill and drill a hole through this feeder platform. O.k., now we have a feeder platform with our feeder on top of it there. I'm also going to take a bottle cap, for this bottle cap, I'll use a small drill, about the size of the wire I'm using and put a hole on the top. Alright the, it's important that the hole is just about the size of the wire, otherwise the bird seed will fall through. Put the bottle on first, then we'll feed the wire through the cap, since it's a very tiny hole and then screw the cap on. Now we're going to turn the bottle over and fill it with bird seed. O.k., now I have the dirt scooped up here, and it's just a small little bit but you of course, can fill it. And then I'm going to turn it over and it just hangs like that. And as you can see here, the dirt or the seed is available for the birds to eat, they have a perching platform. And then you can just loop this at the top and hang it on, hang it from a tree somewhere. O.k., now I have the dirt scooped up here, and it's just a small little bit, but you of course, can fill it.
