How to View PowerPoint on Multiple Monitors

"Hello, my name is Eric White, and today, we'll be talking about how to view PowerPoint on multiple monitors. It's actually quite simple, giving the native setup with Windows, and multiple monitors. Now, I have set these two screens up, with my laptop here,and the LCD here. Now, I've got them cloned for both systems, so with that said, all I have to do, is open up my PowerPoint presentation, go to the slide show tab, and start the slide show from the beginning, so I click that, and the PowerPoint presentation shows up on both screens. Now, you could share this monitor as an extended desktop, and have your speaker's notes, come up on this machine, and then have the audience only see the regular PowerPoint slide. That works out really, really well. You don't have to memorize your speaker notes. To make that change, I'd have to extend my desktop, and then I've got to reset my graphics properties, so that my display setting is correct. I hit Ok, Ok. I come to PowerPoint, I go to the slideshow, and I tell it to use Presenter View. Then, I start from the beginning. Now, on the right monitor, I have Presenter View, and on the left monitor, I have the actual presentation, and that's how you view PowerPoint on multiple monitors."
