"Do you feel like your face is getting a little bit to saggy and you want to remove some of that facial fat? Hi my name is Keeley Selvage with Keeley's Skin Solutions and I'm going to tell you how to get rid of facial fat. First of all it's one of the hardest places on the body to remove fat, and that's because we can't lift weights with our cheeks; and I don't mean these cheeks, I mean these cheeks. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to tell you a few ways that you can reduce the fat in your face. First of all a healthy diet; that's going to be the first and best way that you want to try to reduce that fat. Drink plenty of water, reduce your fried foods, refined sugars, processed foods, and then what you want to do is try some facial exercises. These really do work, the reason they work is because the muscle is actually attached to the skin so when you tighten the muscle you tighten the skin as well and it gives you a lifting. So I'm going to show you how to do that. O.K. we're going to take our model here and I'm going to have you work with me on this. Take your finger and put them right under the brow bone, you want to lift, go out and lift again and you want to hold it there for maybe a minute, then relax and do it again. Do this every morning, every evening if you like, as often as you like you'll feel an instant tightening. Also for the chin one thing you want to do is lift your chin up so you have a nice line going down all the way to the clavicle, you're going to turn your head to the side, keep it up, open your mouth about an inch and push your chin forward. You'll feel the tightening you'll feel the stretch right there, hold it there for as long as you can, relax and then you're going to do the other side, you'll instantly feel a tightening. One thing you can do also to tighten right here is you're going to put your fingers here and then put your thumb inside your lip and stretch, there you go; you may not want to do that in front of anybody else but in front of the mirror it's great.
