The best way to fix a bad reputation, is not to have one. My name is Gloria Campbell, and I'm with Advantage Training Systems, located in St. Petersburg, Florida, telling you how you may be able to minimize or fix, a bad reputation. A bad reputation is something that will follow you, and the thing that is most important, is how you react to it. If in fact, you have a bad reputation, maybe it was your fault. Maybe it was just some rumor that someone started. Number one, decide that it's not going to happen again, that things are going to change, that something is going to be different, and then set your goal to make sure, that whatever behaviors contributed to your getting a bad reputation, that you absolutely do not do that again. Also, I think part of it is, your attitude and how you communicate, and what you communicate to people. Be careful of your body language. Be careful of what you say, and who you say it to. Fixing a bad reputation, can be difficult. The best way, is not to get one, but if you do, follow some of the ideas and suggestions I've given you, and you may be able to repair it.
