This is Rachael with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about how to get rid of intestinal gas. Now, maybe this is a topic for you, or for someone that you care about, and you'd like to help share with them, the information that I have here. The most important thing to know about intestinal gas, is that gas is produced by bacteria in our intestines, and so the most important thing that we do, is to reduce some of the bad bacteria, that are creating this gas. Now, the way that you do this, and the best way to do it modern day, is to actually take a probiotic supplement, and I have one here. This is actually one of my favorites, and what this is actually, it's the powder inside, and it's actually good bacteria, so this stuff can actually go in to your intestines, and start implanting in your intestinal wall, and then start colonizing, and thereby, taking over some of the bad bacteria, that's causing gas. Other things that you might need to do, to help this process, are to take anti-microbials, so things that help kill some of the bad bacteria, going on in your system. Take a good fiber supplement, and drink lots and lots of water, so this is how you're going to be able to restore healthy intestinal function, and get rid of intestinal gas.
