"Having a baby can be very traumatic. You've seen all the movies, people are racing to the hospital and running red lights. I'm Dr. Jill from Tampa, Florida, here to tell you how to know when you're going into labor. First of all, there's three, very easy ways to know you're going into labor. First one, contractions. Rhythmically, every five minutes, lasting for an hour. That can be a sign you're going into labor. The other one is a broken bag of water. Water breaks? Head on into the hospital to make sure that it is your water, not urine and that could start you into labor. And the third reason to go into the hospital that you could potentially be in labor, is vaginal bleeding. So, water breaks, heavy vaginal bleeding or rhythmic contractions every five minutes, lasting for an hour. I'm Dr. Jill, from Tampa, Florida, here to tell you how to know when you're ready to go into labor. Good luck."
