"Hi, I'm Amy McCauley, and I'm going to discuss with you how to get perfect curves in your hips. A couple things you want to think about--targeting your outer thighs, your inner thighs, your glutes. Different ways to do that. You can do Pilates classes, where they're focusing on side leg lifts, bridge work, where you're focusing on the glutes, the hamstrings, the inner thighs--anything that works for hamstring curls, leg extensions, squats, lunges, leg presses, working on plias--any kind of activity where you're sweeping the leg inward. You can also work on running--elliptical machines are really good to use. Those definitely help with the glute muscle. Running at an incline or walking at an incline will help lift the glute muscle, and work on that inner/outer thigh. You want to also focus on your abdominal muscles. The stronger those abdominal muscles are, and the tighter they are, the curvier the hips will actually appear. And that is a couple of the best ways to get perfect curves in your hips."
