"Hi, I'm Amy McCauley, and we're going to discuss how to improve your hand and eye coordination. A couple of different things you want to think about, for sports activities. Most people when they think of hand-eye coordination, they think of football, passing the football from one opponent to the other. Baseball, you're hitting the ball with the bat. Ping Pong is actually a really good way to improve your hand-eye coordination. It's a very quick moving sport, going from one opponent to the other, and it's definitely a good way to improve hand-eye coordination. Tennis is a good way to improve hand-eye coordination. Catching, throwing a ball with somebody, just going from one person to the other. Each time, trying to get yourself a little bit better, and a little bit faster, improving your endurance. I've also found an article that supported some research, saying that if you intake twenty milligrams of zinc per day, it actually has been shown to improve your hand -eye coordination, so give that one a try, and that is how we improve hand-eye coordination."
