"How to loose weight quickly and safely. Hi, my name is Jani Roberts and I'm a nationally certified personal trainer and also a graduate of the American Academy of Nutrition. Certainly, you can loose weight quickly and still keep it safe. First thing I want to mention to you is where's your head at in this? It's so important that you first get your head in the right place before you set out on a weight loss program. Otherwise you're really just kind of setting yourself up for failure. So, think about why you want to loose to weight. Think about how much weight you want to loose. Think about when you really felt your best and what weight you were at at that time. Remember, if it's taken you five, ten, fifteen years to get where you are now it's going to take a little bit of time to get where you want to be. So be patient. This is not going to be an overnight process and most importantly, you're never going to have to do it again. Once you loose the weight this time it's staying off forever. We're going to approach this from a lifestyle prospective. It's not a matter of depriving yourself, it's not a matter of making yourself do something or having just so much self discipline for a short period of time but you're really going to recreate lifestyle. So, my suggestion to you is get in touch with a professional. Talk to somebody who coaches people through lifestyle change on a day to day basis. I do this all the time and it makes such a difference. People make the changes they want to make and they keep the weight off permanently. So yes you can loose weight safe and effectively.
