"Okay, so to start our massage on our child's, on our face, we're going to work on the face today in doing the relief for sinus congestion. We're going to start by placing our hands right on the forehead. "And Riley if you want, you can keep your eyes open or you can close them whatever is comfortable for you". And first thing you do, when you just rest your hands on the forehead, you are literally just resting your hands and moving them a little bit slowly through the side because you're introducing touch for the first time to the face, so we want to make sure that even this is comfortable for the child. So, just touching the forehead, we're kind of, starting in the middle and we're walking to the sides. "How's that feel so far, okay"? Okay. After you've walked out to the sides, about three times and you have a very good idea if this feels okay to the child and then you can begin with stroking. Just stroking out to the side, stroking down around the eyes. You want to repeat this stroke a few times till you feel the area, the muscle underneath starting to warm, the skin starting to warm. And as long as your both still relax, then the child seems to be enjoying it. You can repeat the strokes a few times, around the eyes, coming back up to the forehead and then stroking out again at the forehead. And before you move on to the next stroke, simply bring your hands to the forehead and just rest them at the forehead."
