"With your hands resting right here on the forehead we're going to go ahead now and the last little bits of stress or tension that might be there in the head we are going to go ahead and massage the head. So you've brought your hands up, we're making great big circles getting as much skin to skin contact as we can, as much warmth. So you might use your whole hand and make great big circles. You can also try gluing in essence kind of gluing your finger pads down and gluing those to the head and making great big circles as well or even little circles can sometimes feel good. Over time you will learn what your child likes best so you can try different things, you can ask them and see what they like. Try different things and see what they like because this, even this simple little head massage can be useful for so many different things so you might add this in at any number of times. Take a moment just focusing again on Riley and making sure he feels relaxed. Massage his head, gently glide your hands over as you complete the massage and rest your hands right on top. Now let Riley know that you are done with the massage. How do you feel? "Good". Do you feel o'kay, do you feel relaxed? How do your eyes feel? "Good". They feel good? Are you going to play some more video games later? "No". No good. Not today. So we got him to take a little bit of a break. Maybe our massage will have its full benefits achieved today if he takes a little break from those video games. I am Tina Allen from Little Kids. Thank you so much for watching my massage series on how to massage a child with eye fatigue. I hope that it was helpful and I look forward to seeing you again soon."
