"With your hands resting right in the middle of the forehead we are going to go ahead and move down right here to this area between the eyebrows first. So you're using, you can use your thumbs if you wanted to or your index fingers and you're just stroking finger over finger in between the eyebrows so we're stroking almost like a walking but its finger over finger and then stroking the eyebrows all the way out to the side, nice relaxing stroke. Then back in the middle again, finger over finger in between the eyebrows and then stroking out over the eyebrows, nice relaxing stroke. Bring your fingers and hands right up to the middle of the forehead and then rest them right there until we move on to the next stroke."
