"Before you get started with massage, it's important to take off any rings or jewelry that may scratch the child during the massage. And just take off your rings, put it aside, remember where you put them so they won't get lost. And your nails, make sure that they're short enough, they're well-cut, they're not going to scratch your child when you're giving massage. Make sure that you have enough time, that if you have a cellphone, turn it off, turn it off now so it doesn't ring during the massage. You don't want to have any extra interruptions or anything that's going to take away your attention from your child. This time is just to focus on being with your child, providing massage for them to help them to relax, to feel a little bit better. It's a great time for you too, to relax. It's also relax for you. Part of doing massage is interaction together, or you both have great benefits. So just make sure you have enough time, that you won't be interrupted, that the room is warm and comfortable and that you're both relax before you get started. And make sure that everything is ready for massage."
