"This is thread the needle, the other side with the left hand going through. So we're in table balanced, and we lift up the left arm to the sky and then thread the needle under that right arm resting on to the left cheek and we can now start rotating the arms in circles, letting this be a delicious opening in to the shoulders, breath and breath. Then you can rotate the other way and this looks like it would be uncomfortable but it really is not. However, if you do have neck problems I would suggest probably not doing this pose but give it a try. I'm eating my hair and that is not what we're doing but you know if you want to eat your hair you can. Just rotate them and then right palm to get back up firmly planted and back into table."
