"This next posture is called thread the needle. Beginning in table pose, hands underneath the shoulders, knees underneath the hips, we create a firm solid balance into our left palm, reaching the right arm up to the sky we then thread our needle by drawing the right arm through that hole we have created resting on to our right cheek. Breathing, breathing, breathing. Now to open up the shoulders we can start rotating the arms in circles. This feels so good, gives a nice stretch into the neck, allows the shoulders and the side of the body to open. We're breathing deeply and then you can rotate the other way, letting it be very relaxing sort of effortless release. This is a wonderful shoulder release. Breathe and breathe and breathe. Surprisingly this is very comfortable and then to get yourself safely back up plant your left hand firmly into the Earth and use the weight of that hand to come back up into table."
