Video Transcript

"For this next yoga posture is a wonderful hip opener, very simply plant your sitting bones into the Earth. Make sure that both sitting bones are planted deeply, both your bum is planted so that one isn't lifting. You are placing your right foot so that it is right in front of the right shin so both legs are as planted as possible on the Earth and then you are reaching forward still keeping the gluts and the sitting bones planted and you'll notice a wonderful stretch in through the right side of the hip. Keep the back straight and come down as far as feels comfortable. Breathe and breathe and breathe into that opening of the hip. You will also feel a stretch into the gluts as well and then you can sort of use your hands to climb yourself back up and then other side. Place your leg right in front, your left leg right in front of your right and then walk it down, feel that stretch in through the left side of the hip, feels wonderful. Breathe and breathe and then walk it back up."
