"Now we'll do sage twist. Sage twist engages the abdominal organs and kidneys which helps digestion. So placing both feet outstretched in front of the body feet flexed and then crossing the right leg over the left and then bringing that foot so that it is right next to the knee making sure both sitting bones are planted and that we are not hopping up here. Then take the left elbow and place it by the right leg and place that right hand planted on the floor behind you and look over with your right, look over to the right with your right shoulder and breath. Increasing the mobility of the spine, releasing neck and back tension allowing for more mobility into the muscles of the back and the spine. Breathe and breathe and breathe. Stage twist can also be done the other way just using the other parts of the body. Simple to figure out and then gently release the elbow and then bring your feet back together."
