"Are you ready to add some pretty arms to your juicy back undulation? My name's Karen, and this is Johanna. We're with Hip Expressions Belly Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. Let's add some sunrise and sunset arms to our juicy back undulation while we're traveling back. So we're going to be rocking our undulation forward and back onto our feet, and the down we're going to pull on the one. One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Now when we switch our feet, we're going to be doing that at the four. So, one, two, three, lift and switch the feet, two, three, lift. And one, two, three, lift, and one, two, three, lift. Good. Now our sunrise sunset arms are going to go up, two, three, four, and down, two, three, four. Good. Now you always want to--when you layer something you want to make sure you practice both parts really well first before you put them together. So let's see if we can do that. And one, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Up, two, three, four, one, two, three. Good. Make sure you keep breathing, keep that chest lifted, keep a nice smile on your face, practice that in the mirror, and you'll have a nice sunrise sunset juicy back undulation too."
