"Hi! My name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga. Here today to talk to you about Bikram Yoga. So Bikram Yoga is a recent style of Yoga that was developed by Bikram Choudhury. And it's a sequence of twenty six Yoga postures, practiced in a room that is heated with a high concentration of humidity. So you might walk into your Yoga room to practice. And you'll find a hundred and ten degree heat. So being aware of that, hydrating yourself and keeping water close by, within your practice. Is of key importance. So within the practice, you'll actually practice six or twenty six postures. And then, you repeat those same postures. Holding them, for a little bit longer. And many of the benefits of the Bikram Yoga are detoxification. Many people have experienced. great weight loss and increased feelings of flexibility and strength, within their practice. Bikram Yoga is a specific style. It's practice within a high heated room. And you may want to consult your physician, to make sure that this is a style of Yoga. That is appropriate for you. So Bikram Yoga has many different benefits. And you'll find lots of, lots of detoxification benefits. By practicing this style."
