"Hi, my name is Ashley Ludman with Seaside Yoga, here to review Airex Yoga Mats. So the Airex Mat is a type of yoga mat but it's not considered essentially as sticky mat, it has some give to it, so it's called close cell foam. Once you place your foot, or you hand, or your knee, or any body part on to the mat, it actually provides some settling into the, into the cushion of the mat. Once you take your mat, your hand off of the mat, the mat just reverts back to its original shape. So it has some stretch to it, the surface of the mat has some, has a nobby exterior, but it doesn't have as much traction as per se, as a normal average sticky tapes mat. So I would recommend layering your Airex Mat, if you do choose this type of mat on top of a traditional sticky, tapes mat to provide that extra traction, so you don't get sliding on the floor. But it does have a little extra cushion to it, it's about 3/16th of an inch thick. And again it has that close cell foam capacity to where you place your hands and it settles into the mat itself. So that's my review of the Airex Yoga Mat."
