"Hi my name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga. Here to review the jute yoga mat. For the jute mat was probably one of the first eco friendly yoga mats available. It has a traction surface below and then on top it's actually made of the natural jute fibers. So when you are practicing and placing your hands and your feet on the surface of the jute fibers, it almost feels like your placing your hands on natural fibers, because that's in essence what it is. So it's really good for vinyasa yoga, it does offer you natural traction, not traction like the rubber mats you'd find like similar to a jade mat, but it does provide staying power for your yoga postures. It also helps you to move efficiently from pose to pose, so you don't get to stuck in one place trying to unearth your foot. I also discovered that this mat is fully compostable, so if you are a composter, then this might be the mat for you. So again that's the review of the jute yoga mat and I hope you enjoyed that one."
