"The bicep, the tricep and and a little more shoulder, wrapping up on our stretching. Okay. Simple, bicep; this is your bicep by the way, this muscle right here. If you take your arms out right here, and you just push back, you're going to stretch through your biceps. Now, I'm feeling this a little bit. If you really want to feel a bicep stretch, do it after you work biceps hard, when you pump blood into the muscles. You'll really feel it. Okay. Very simple, also here, notice from the side and from here. This is also going to stretch through your forearms as well underneath, but, it's also a bicep stretch, okay. Really simple. Tricep, which is the back of your arm, you've seen this, when I'm sure, it's, it's great exercise for stretching. Bring it up, bring your elbow in. And from the side it looks like this, and I'm reaching here and I'm not pulling too hard, just a gentle stretch on both sides. You'll feel this, it's a good stretch. And one more for shoulder. I think I showed you in the chest that you can grab a hold of the bar behind you and open up. Take both arms back behind you, lift your hands behind you a little bit. So from here, I come up here. And from the shoulder as well, if I reach across on both sides, this is what it looks like from the side and from the front. It's a good shoulder stretch as well. Very basic exercises, throw them in and even if you want to right after a really hard training or at the end of your workout."
