"The plank. Okay, I stole it from Pilates and Yoga, but, I'm going to add a little twist to it for you. In fact, creativity is find here as long as you're safe, right? Okay, so what's a plank? The easiest way to do a plank, it's like a push up but you're holding it, is just to take your shoulders basically line them up with your wrists, hold your tummy in because you want to think of your stomach supporting your body weight. Make sure your butt's not up, right, flat. This is the easiest plank and you want to hold it for twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, you know, two or three hours; okay not two or three hours, but as long as you can. You can take it down, this is harder here and later on in the show, I'm going to show you some other variations, killer variations. Here's what I like to do with this, to add the body fat, right, to burn body fat. "Ohhh, shhh, shhh, shhh, shhh, shhh". That is a jogging plank and I can tell you right now my heart rate's already up. Add that one into, looks silly, really effective though."
