Video Transcript

"Okay, one of the best exercises, in fact this is the very best exercise, probably one of the one that I would recommend at the top of the list and that is the Push Ups, body weight exercises, that's what we're talking about today at Playground Fitness. Now, first thing I'm going to show you about a push up, which is the exercise we're doing, is that you can do it in this position, I would prefer that you really try to go right to a regular push up even if you can only do one. This uses all your upper body, it uses a little bit of core as well, your stomach, it's an all around great exercise and it gets your heart rate up immediately and helps you to start to burn fat. Alright, this is your basic push up position. If you can only do one of these, find. That's fine. Try what you can, you can take your arms wider, more chest. During today's segment, I'm going to show you a lot of variations on a push up, but right now I can already feel my body working. I can feel my chest, my shoulders, biceps, triceps. "Ohhh". So make sure you put the push up in, one of the best, if not the best body exercise you have."
